Saafir Terms of Use

Updated 21 October 2026 Using Saafir Use Saafir lawfully and respectfully. Keep your account secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have permission to share photos, routes and other material. Community rules Do not post threats, harassment, hateful or sexually exploitative content, spam, impersonation, misleading safety information or material that infringes others’ rights. Do not publish someone’s private location or personal information without permission. Report content through the app and block accounts you do not want to interact with. Reports are reviewed by authorized moderators, who may restrict content or account visibility. Contact contact@saafir.ma for support or to appeal a moderation action. Your content You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it, you permit Saafir to store, process and display it as needed to operate the features and privacy settings you choose. Public content may be accessible through sharing links. You can remove your content using the app’s controls. Maps and safety Maps, route distances, durations and elevation estimates can be incomplete or inaccurate. Conditions, road access and trail safety can change. Check local conditions, obtain required permissions and choose routes appropriate to your experience. Live progress depends on network access and device power and must not replace emergency services. Follow local laws and do not operate the app in a way that distracts from safe driving. Offline use Download and verify the needed maps and trips before losing connectivity. Downloads cover the selected area and available detail levels and may not include everything you need. Device storage, provider limits or interrupted downloads can affect availability. Purchases Any available in-app purchase is processed by Apple and is subject to the terms shown at purchase and Apple’s applicable terms. Features, price, subscription period and renewal information must be shown before you confirm a purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account. Use Restore purchases to recover eligible access. Account deletion does not cancel subscriptions. Availability and support Features may change or be interrupted. Saafir may restrict access to address misuse or security issues. These terms do not limit rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
